Descripción
PTFE lined stainless steel expansion joint is a corrosion‑resistant pipeline compensator for harsh chemical working conditions. The inner PTFE lining offers excellent resistance to acid, alkali and various corrosive media, while the outer stainless steel bellows with wire mesh protective sleeve provides mechanical strength and vibration absorption.
It is fitted with limit tie rods to prevent over‑extension under working pressure. Standard flange connection makes on‑site assembly convenient and fast. This composite expansion joint can compensate thermal expansion, displacement and pipeline vibration without medium leakage.
It is widely used in chemical plants, pharmaceutical pipelines, waste liquid treatment, corrosive fluid transportation and anti‑corrosion engineering. Custom sizes, pressure grades and flange standards are supported for global customers. All items will pass strict pressure inspection before delivery.
