Brief Introduction
This PTFE‑lined metal hose is built with seamless virgin PTFE inner tube wrapped by multi‑layer stainless steel braided reinforcement. It is purpose‑built to handle highly corrosive process fluids across worldwide industrial facilities. The inner PTFE liner exhibits excellent chemical inertness, preventing chemical reactions when conveying strong acid, strong alkali and various organic solvents.
Structurally flexible, this hose can compensate axial offset, lateral displacement and angular deflection generated by pipeline thermal expansion and mechanical shaking. It relieves mechanical stress on rigid pipe connections and reduces the risk of joint fracture in circulating systems. The ultra‑smooth inner surface avoids medium accumulation and residue, making it suitable for sanitary‑critical working conditions in pharmaceutical, food and fine‑chemical processing.
Multiple end‑connection options are available, including union, flange and ferrule‑type fittings to adapt to diverse local installation standards in different countries. Both short laboratory‑use hoses and long‑run assembly for large‑scale industrial loops can be realized via custom production.

Preguntas frecuentes
Preguntas frecuentes
Q1: Can your PTFE‑lined metal hose work under vacuum conditions?
A1: Yes. Our seamless PTFE‑lined metal hoses can withstand moderate vacuum service. Larger‑diameter hoses require internal anti‑collapse support sleeves for long‑term vacuum application. Please inform us of your vacuum degree for proper configuration.
Q2: What end connection standards do you support for global projects?
A2: We supply flange, union, ferrule and threaded fittings complying with DIN, ANSI, JIS and other international standards. Custom‑made transition adapters are available to match local installation requirements in different countries.
Q3: How to choose the correct hose length for chemical piping?
A3: The hose length must reserve extra allowance to absorb thermal expansion, mechanical vibration and pipeline offset. Do not install hoses under forced tension. Provide your drawing or working condition data, and our engineers can recommend suitable length.
Q4: Are your PTFE lined hoses suitable for frequent cyclic pressure working conditions?
A4: The multi‑layer stainless steel braided structure offers good anti‑fatigue performance for cyclic pressure. Continuous frequent pressure impact will shorten service life, we can adjust braid layers according to your actual cycle frequency.
Q5: Do you offer third‑party test reports for overseas procurement?
A5: We can provide material certification for PTFE liner and stainless steel braid. Third‑party independent inspection can be arranged upon buyer’s request for global project bidding.
Q6: What media cannot be conveyed by PTFE‑lined metal hose?
A6: PTFE has excellent chemical resistance, but it is not suitable for molten alkali metal, high‑temperature fluorine‑containing gas under extreme working conditions. Please send us your medium composition and temperature for confirmation.
Q7: Can you produce non‑standard DN sizes which are not listed in size chart?
A7: Yes. Non‑standard inner diameter, special wall‑thickness and special overall length can be customized to satisfy special‑purpose industrial facilities worldwide.
