Adhesive Activation and Bonding: Under the applied heat and pressure, the DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder melts and becomes adhesive. The melted adhesive bonds the printed design to the fabric, creating a strong and durable transfer.
Cooling and Peeling: After the heat press process is complete, the fabric is allowed to cool down. Once cooled, the DTF film is carefully peeled off the fabric, leaving behind the transferred design that is now securely adhered to the fabric surface.
Compatibility: DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder is compatible with various types of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and synthetic materials. It works well on both light and dark-colored fabrics, providing reliable adhesion.
