DTF hot melt film is a professional functional film specially designed for DTF digital heat transfer printing. It adopts a double-layer structure composed of a PET release base film and a hot melt adhesive coating, serving as the core carrier for ink absorption, pattern curing and fabric bonding. The film is non-sticky and stable at room temperature, easy to store, cut and print. Under high-temperature and pressure heat pressing, the surface hot melt adhesive layer melts and activates rapidly. Combined with DTF hot melt powder, it forms a highly elastic and high-adhesion bonding layer, which firmly attaches printed patterns to fabrics. After cooling and peeling off the base film, a high-definition and traceless printing effect can be achieved.
Different from ordinary heat transfer films, the hot melt adhesive formula of DTF hot melt film is specially optimized with a stable melting point of 110-130℃. It matches the heat pressing parameters of mainstream DTF equipment, featuring low-temperature meltability, high-temperature anti-peeling, elasticity and stretch resistance, making it perfectly suitable for printing on all kinds of flexible fabrics.
