Was ist DTF-Schaumpulver?

DTF foaming powder is a functional hot-melt foaming adhesive powder specially developed for DTF (Direct-to-Film) heat transfer printing. Made of composite thermoplastic resin of TPU and EVA, it retains the adhesive properties of ordinary flat DTF hot melt powder and adds a high-temperature foaming expansion function, serving as the core consumable for creating 3D embossed prints.
It adopts a core-shell structure with an outer adhesive layer and an inner foaming core. At room temperature, the powder exists as fine solid particles. During the DTF printing process including powder coating, curing and hot pressing, the outer shell melts first to firmly bond the ink and fabric fibers. When the inner core reaches the critical temperature, it expands evenly and forms full, uniform, elastic 3D raised patterns after cooling and shaping, realizing a perfect upgrade from flat to three-dimensional printing effects.
Compared with traditional screen foaming technology, DTF foaming powder requires no plate making and has no threshold for trial production. It is compatible with all DTF printing equipment and adapts to both small-batch customization and mass production, making it the most efficient solution for 3D embossed printing currently available.
