Machine Details and Technical Specifications
This wet wipes packaging line automatically completes nonwoven folding, moistening, counting and cutting, automatic feeding, filling, label punching, bag forming and sealing, batch-code printing, measured packing and finished-product discharge. It is easy to operate and provides a fast, hygienic production process.
The machine uses a servo-system motion controller and dual-encoder electronic pulses to control sealing and cutting, film feeding, bag making and forming. Bag length is set and cut automatically, color-mark tracking is completed in one step, and the machine stops when material is missing to prevent empty feeding and cutting.
