Machine Structure and Working Process

Enclosed Screw Feeder

The screw feeder transfers bulk powder from the material hopper to the dosing hopper at a controlled rate. Its enclosed conveying structure helps reduce airborne dust during production.

Auger Dosing Hopper

The rotating auger controls the powder discharge volume and can be configured for powders with different bulk densities.

Vertical Form-Fill-Seal Machine

The main machine unwinds the film, forms the bag, seals the bottom, fills the powder, completes the vertical and horizontal seals, and cuts the finished package.

PLC and Touch-Screen Control

Operators can set bag length, packing speed, filling quantity and sealing temperature from the touch screen. Multilingual control options can be configured.

Suitable Powder Characteristics

The machine is intended for fine or ultra-fine powders with suitable screw-feeding characteristics, including powders that are slightly hygroscopic or prone to dust. Products with severe caking or oversized particles require material testing and a suitable feeding configuration before machine selection.

For suitable small-format products, routine dosing can be configured for accuracy within ±1 g. Actual accuracy depends on powder density, flowability, target dose and auger configuration and should be confirmed through material testing.
