This real customer case is a fully automatic egg tray shrink wrapping line delivered for a large poultry farm in Ghana. The complete line includes two FQL450 automatic L sealers, two 5030 heat shrink tunnels and custom conveyors measuring 2000 × 400 × 780 mm. The Ghana customer operates a large-scale egg farming, sorting and export business. Its previous manual film covering, sealing and heat-shrinking process was slow, inconsistent and labor-intensive. Irregular sealing and insufficient pack protection also increased the risk of egg-tray damage during transport and storage. The customer needed a stable, standardized automatic packaging line for regular batch shipments.

Why this line suits egg tray packaging
The FQL450 automatic L sealer uses photoelectric detection and supports automatic or manual feeding. Folded film creates sealed edges around the tray, while the temperature-controlled sealing system helps keep seals flat and consistent. Quick adjustment by handwheel supports different tray formats without changing parts.
The 5030 shrink tunnel uses controlled heating and airflow to shrink the film closely around the egg tray. A tight finished pack helps protect trays from dust, moisture and handling impact during storage and transport. The custom conveyors keep trays moving smoothly between the sealing machine and shrink tunnel.
