This Lagos, Nigeria project includes three packaging machines for milk powder and oats. The machines cover 12 g three-side-seal sachets, 320 g and 750 g back-seal milk powder packs, and 385 g back-seal oat packs.
Three-machine project configuration
- 12 g milk powder: an inclined-auger powder packaging machine for three-side-seal sachets, with a connected-pouch function that cuts after the requested number of sachets.
- 320 g and 750 g milk powder: a vertical auger powder packaging machine with an auger feeder and gusset-forming function.
- 385 g oats: a vertical rotary-cup packaging machine with a gusset-forming function.
Packaging film and bag styles
- Milk powder film: PE-laminated pure aluminum film, source thickness specification retained as 8 si
- Oat film: PE-laminated pure aluminum film, source thickness specification retained as 6.5 si
- 12 g milk powder: three-side-seal sachet
- 320 g and 750 g milk powder: back-seal gusset bag
- 385 g oats: back-seal gusset bag
- The customer separately ordered 500 kg of each packaging film
